Custom Magnetix ships across Canada, and we’re happy to get your magnets on their way to you! All of our orders are shipped through Canada Post from Saint John, New Brunswick.

STANDARD SHIPPING

For 1–12 custom photo magnets, we offer affordable flat-rate shipping based on weight. Orders are sent using Canada Post Oversized Letter Mail in special protective mailers.

Oversized Letter Mail is limited to 500g, which is approximately the weight of 12 personalized fridge magnets and a mailer. Shipping costs range from $4.57 to $11.51 and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that Oversized Letter Mail is not tracked.

For orders of more than 12 magnets (or over 500g), we use a Canada Post flat-rate box. The box can hold up to 100 magnets, and shipping is $21.83, added at checkout.

The flat-rate box is sent by regular Canada Post service and includes tracking and up to $100 of liability coverage.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Need your handmade magnets a little sooner? We’re happy to offer Express shipping when available.

Because Express shipping costs need to be calculated manually, please send us a message with your shipping address and order details. You can reach us through our contact page or by emailing info@custommagnetix.ca, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote.

If you’re happy with the quote, simply place your order and select “Collect/Pick Up” at checkout. In the “Additional Order Notes” box, let us know that you’re using Express shipping.

We’ll then send you a separate invoice for the Express shipping. It’s quick and easy to pay!

Express shipping includes tracking and up to $100 of liability coverage.

Planning a larger order of more than 100 magnets? We appreciate it!

For larger orders, we can provide a calculated Expedited shipping option. Since the cost needs to be calculated manually, please send us your shipping address and order details through our contact page or email info@custommagnetix.ca. We’ll be happy to provide you with a quote.

If you’re happy with the quote, place your order and select “Collect/Pick Up” at checkout. In the “Additional Order Notes” box, let us know that you’re using Expedited shipping.
